Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
• Observe patients and report changes in behavior, mood, or condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
• Support therapeutic programming and encourage patient participation.
• De-escalate crisis situations using approved techniques.
• Accurately document patient care and progress.

Education
