Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in the department, meeting state and specialty standards and collaborating with medical providers and the care team.

What you will do in this role

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes in status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s) and document care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs and resolving them proactively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan that supports recovery.
• Serve as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems for ongoing care needs of specialized patient groups.

Qualifications you will need

• Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Associate Degree.

No Travel Required.
