ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Marietta, OH, delivers individualized care to children, adolescents and adults with various behavioral health needs. We seek a dedicated RN to join our multidisciplinary team providing integrated psychiatric and medical support.

You will assess patients, monitor vital signs, administer medications and injections, conduct screenings, educate clients on pharmaceuticals, and coordinate care with Nurse Practitioners.

Formación

• RN license required.
• Experience in psychiatric, mental and behavioral health services.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Address the behavioral and physical health needs of clients receiving treatment for psychiatric symptoms.
• Perform health care screenings and check vital signs.
• Administer injections and other medications as needed.
• Monitor and administer medication.
• Educate clients on pharmaceuticals.
• Gather client information and history from the Nurse Practitioner.
• Case management duties including coordination of community services.
• Assist clients in building skills including emotion, stress and anger management, communication and interpersonal relationships.
