Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking an RN to join the psychiatric unit in Springfield, caring for patients with behavioral health concerns in an acute setting. You will perform intake interviews, assess needs, plan care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.

Applicants should have Missouri RN licensure, BLS within 90 days, and ideally a BSN. This full-time day-shift role offers certification pay, BSN pay, and a career ladder bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Previous nursing experience.
• Active Missouri RN license with BLS within 90 days.

• Care for patients with behavioral health illnesses in an acute care setting.
