Full Time Night Shift (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) RN Post Surgical Unit (Med-Surg) Week Night and Weekend Shifts Available

Facility Description

Work in a hospital where YOU will have the time to take great care of your patients! Located at the “crossroads” of the city, close to downtown, Bricktown, and with great access to all areas of the city.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Plan and provide professional nursing care for patients according to medical and nursing plans and policies.
• Provide nursing services to patients and families within the scope of RN practice as defined by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and maintain the environment of care.
• Maintain professional development, support staff development, and communicate organizational values.
• Complete required competencies and respond appropriately to emergency procedures and incidents.
• Respect and address patients' cultural values.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (preferred)
• Experience on a med/surg floor, preferably with post-surgical and ortho patients
• Emergency Department experience helpful but not required

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
