General Description:

The Provider Services Specialist is responsible for processing provider reimbursements for services rendered to the Subsidy Program as well as educating participating child care providers on the program policies and regulations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is proficient with a variety of responsibilities including experience providing good customer service as well as having at least two years office experience including working with computers.

Essential Function of the Job:
  • · Process provider reimbursements up to 80% of a full payment caseload for all programs
  • · Explain program policies and regulations to child care providers
  • · Determine continuing eligibility for provider participation on the Subsidized Child Care Program
  • · Generate required program documents
  • · Maintain up to 50% of a full caseload of provider files
  • · Set up and assist with provider orientations

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM -Occ Eves/Weekends

Required Skills & Abilities:
  • · Knowledge of, and ability to use computers for client data, word processing and calendar of events

Education & Experience Required:
