The HMG Family Navigator I representative serves as a primary point of access for families through the Help Me Grow Solano Program, by responding to inquiries, assessing needs, helping navigate and connect to appropriate services throughout Solano County.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and service-oriented, with ability to build trust and rapport with families. They are effective communicators with strong listening, written, and verbal skills, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This position does not require supervisory responsibilities.
Must be able to travel as needed.
