Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PSS certification or candidate in process.
• Prior personal care, home care, hospital, nursing home, or direct-care experience preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Successful completion of a required criminal history check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Companionship and respite care.
• Transportation, shopping, and errands.
• Medication reminders.
• Assistance with mobility and ambulation.
• Report changes or unusual incidents.
• Respond to emergencies and as assigned.

Schedule

Schedules are based on client needs and employee availability. Opportunities may include:
