Job summary

Aging Kingdom Homecare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care across Cumberland, York, Androscoggin, and surrounding areas. We welcome dependable individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by helping with daily activities, transportation, and companionship in clients' homes and communities.

Schedules are based on client needs with options for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in personal care or home care preferred.
• Compassionate and dependable approach to client care.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Successful completion of a required criminal history check.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assistance with activities of daily living.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Companionship and respite care.
• Transportation, shopping, and errands.
• Medication reminders.
• Assistance with mobility and ambulation.
• Reporting changes or unusual incidents.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule
