Job summary

Park Center in Nashville, TN is seeking a PSR Recovery Coordinator to support adults with mental illness within the East Nashville PSR program. You will coordinate daily activities, supervise recovery planning, and foster IPS and community placements.

This full-time, on-site role requires a compassionate, team-oriented professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of mental health or social services experience; valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in social work, sociology, or related field.
• One year of experience in mental health or social services.
• Demonstrates flexibility and teamwork in service delivery.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients (members) to complete vocational activities.
• Collaborate with staff to meet goals and promote a positive work environment.
• Assist members in planning a full day of work and ensuring needs are met.
• Develop recovery plans and lead psychoeducational groups.
• Maintain caseload notes and record incidents per policy.
• Engage members in ADLs and job readiness skills in work units (Kitchen, Environment, Hospitality, Media).
• Attend staff meetings and trainings and participate in outreach as needed.
