Job summary

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a Federally Qualified Health Center operating across multiple sites in Southern New Mexico. This role provides transportation for PSR program members and serves as an instructor who delivers education and guidance from a National curriculum, helping members achieve daily goals and functioning at their highest potential.

The position emphasizes safe, reliable transportation to home and program activities, along with ongoing education and engagement with the PSR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation, Education or related field with one year of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree plus two years of relevant experience with target population.
• High school diploma or GED with four years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport PSR members to and from home, program, appointments and activities.
• Instruct PSR members daily using a pre-approved National curriculum.

Job Summary

Provides a combination of duties related to both driving and instruction for the psychosocial rehabilitation program. The individual’s primary duties are associated with the transportation of the PSR members to and from home and the program including other appointments, social activities and community resources as needed. The individual’s secondary duties are as an instructor who will provide education and guidance to members of the PSR program. Encourages each member to fulfill their goals and functioning at their highest potential following a core set of principles and values. Individual will instruct and teach members on a daily basis providing materials and knowledge on various aspects of treatment and topics of interest from a pre-approved National curriculum. The individual will also fulfill duties related to transportation of the PSR members to and from home and the program including other appointments, social activities and community resources as needed.

Job Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation, Education or a related human services field from an accredited university and one year of relevant experience with the target population or
• Hold an Associate’s degree in a human services or related fields from an accredited university plus two years of relevant experience with the target population and functional areas taught or
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and four years of relevant experience with the target population and functional areas taught.
