La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a FQHC serving Southern New Mexico. We are seeking a dedicated psychiatrist to provide direct patient care, deliver quality services, and foster positive interactions with patients and staff.

The role includes supervising psychiatrists, providing clinical oversight to Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and residents, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited medical school.
• Active NM MD license.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Current DEA and CSR.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct psychiatric care and delivers quality service to patients.
• Establishes and maintains professional relationships with patients, visitors, and LCDF staff.
• Provides clinical supervision to psychiatrists and oversight to Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and residents.

Job Summary

Provides direct psychiatric care, delivery of quality service and positive interaction with patient. Is responsible for establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with patients, visitors, and LCDF employees in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner. Provides direct supervision to psychiatrists. Provide clinical supervision and oversight to Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners as well as residents.
