Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience organizing and maintaining complex PSM/RMP programs and records.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and APSM software for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain APSM data and ensure all PSM elements and records are current.
• Direct PDM workforce and schedule PMs with maintenance mechanics.
• Manage file systems for PM, MOC, incident, training and participation records.
• Lead monthly PSM meetings with refrigeration management and technicians.
• Coordinate with corporate PSM for 3- and 5-year program reviews and audits.
• Prepare quarterly status reports and track open recommendations.
