Job summary

Innovative seeks a new graduate Process Safety Manager Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert on OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs. The role involves audits, complex calculations, deficiency reports, and on-site/remot e training to ensure regulatory compliance and safe, high-performance refrigeration systems.

The candidate will hold a BS degree in a relevant field, be willing to travel nationwide (12–15 weeks/year), and possess strong writing and communication skills for detailed engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites across the U.S. (~12-15 weeks/year).
• Strong writing skills for detailed reports and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance.
• Perform engineering calculations and generate deficiency reports.
• Deliver on-site and remote training on PSM/RMP.
• Support internal teams as a compliance SME.
