Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Process Safety Management Engineer responsible for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance, audits, and training. The role requires strong engineering judgment and the ability to deliver clear, actionable reports.

Travel to customer sites across the United States is expected (12–15 weeks per year). The candidate should excel in writing and communication while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across the U.S. (12–15 weeks per year).
• Strong writing skills for engineering reports and communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliant audits and inspections for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP.
• Generate deficiency reports with actionable corrective actions.
• Conduct engineering calculations as part of compliance evaluations.
• Deliver on-site and remote training on PSM/RMP compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support safety initiatives.
