Job summary

Snowbasin Resort in Huntsville, UT is seeking a part-time Ski & Snowboard Instructor to join our Ski & Ride School. You will teach snowboard lessons to groups and individuals, maintaining safety and a welcoming environment for guests of all ages.

Responsibilities include reading the lesson plan, using proper technique, and continuing to improve personal skills through training. You will work closely with other instructors and staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with children and families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work outside in winter conditions.
• Willing to teach children and adults.
• Ability to stand 6-7 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety in varying conditions while teaching groups or individuals.
• Instruct group and private lessons for varying ages and abilities.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Represent Snowbasin Resort as a professional Ski & Snowboard instructor.
