Process elections for employees of new and existing groups during the group setup process by entering the information into the computer system. Missing information is researched by telephone contact or through group administrators.Essential Responsibilities:

SUCCESS PROFILE
Work Experience: One year of office experience required. Experience in Microsoft Office products and specific experience in formatting database information in Excel preferred.
Education, Certificates, Licenses: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge: Basic math skills/experience required. Ability to prioritize work and meet department metrics and timelines. Advanced computer skills, ability to type using a standard keyboard and operate a 10-key pad by touch. Ability to clearly communicate in person and over the telephone and is able to request and exchange information in a pleasant, respectful and professional manner. Ability to read and understand group plan documents.
Environment: Work inside in a general office setting with ergonomically configured equipment. Travel is required approximately 5% of the time.
