Axon is seeking a PSA Systems Developer to join our Professional Services team in Boston, MA. This role involves owning the administration and optimization of Certinia as part of our Professional Services Automation.

You will be responsible for configuring the system, enhancing project tracking, and driving automation for operational efficiency. We're looking for candidates with significant experience in Salesforce and Certinia to drive high-impact delivery across our global Professional Services organizations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a Certinia or Salesforce systems administration role.
• 1+ years experience building automation within Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the system administrator for Certinia, configuring PSA modules.
• Manage user access, security roles, and audit compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement of the PSA solution.
