Axon is looking for a PSA Systems Developer in Seattle to enhance and manage Certinia within Salesforce. You will facilitate project tracking and resource management across global services while collaborating with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and experience in systems administration. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating in person Tuesdays through Fridays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Certinia or Salesforce systems administration.
• 1+ years of experience building automation within Salesforce.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Configure Certinia for project setup, time tracking, and revenue forecasting.
• Act as the primary contact for PSA-related questions and changes.
• Document configurations, SOPs, and best practices.
