Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Florida is seeking a Residential Canvassing Representative who will introduce homeowners to our premium windows and doors by going door to door in targeted areas.

You’ll generate high-quality leads, deliver a pre-qualifying presentation, and meet daily and weekly goals while representing the company professionally; benefits include paid training, health insurance, holidays, and a path to advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (18+).
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to different locations.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Willingness to undergo criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territories.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent - (Minimum 18yrs of Age)
• At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience
• Previous Door-to-Door Sales, Appointment Setting, or Retail Experience is a Plus
• Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Locations in the Area
• Availability to Work Flexible Schedule – Including Weekends if Needed
• Ability to learn and then utilize selling techniques
• Comfortable walking throughout neighborhoods
• Interpersonal communication, social intelligence, charismatic personality, and people skills
• **Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check**
• **Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record**
