Job summary

The role oversees the Faculty Handbook updates, annual faculty reviews, course evaluation administration, and accreditation documentation, providing project management and data reporting to advance academic effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred with five years of experience.
• Experience with databases, reporting, survey platforms, and accreditation management.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and executive support to the Office of the Provost.
• Manage the Provost’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and events.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analyses for academic leadership.
• Coordinate accreditation activities and governance processes across units.
