Responsibilities

• Receive, review, validate, and process user provisioning requests through designated channels, ensuring accurate identifiers and documentation.
• Submit service records via Oracle Health eService and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Monitor request queues and escalate issues to leadership as appropriate.
• Follow and maintain documented SOPs, work instructions, and provisioning guidelines for supported applications.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and access management policies.
• Partner with User Role Assignment Coordinators and system administrators to resolve access issues.
• Provide timely, professional customer service and follow up on incomplete requests.
• Maintain clear communication across all levels of the organization.
