Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Integrated Product Support Analyst in Costa Mesa to build and sustain the provisioning data foundation for aircraft lifecycle support. You’ll own datasets, design an operating model, and collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and procurement to deliver lean, auditable logistics data.

You’ll co-author CDRLs and analyses, drive data quality, and utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate provisioning work while complying with DoD logistics requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field (equivalent military logistics experience may substitute for education).
• 3+ years of integrated product support, provisioning, or sustainment experience in a defense or military environment — enough to operate independently on provisioning fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of DoD Integrated Product Support with hands-on depth in provisioning and cataloging: CAGE codes, NSN and part number structures, provisioning parts lists, and reliability data (MTBF, failure rates).
• Experience developing or supporting government logistics deliverables against DIDs and CDRLs.
• Collaborative, self-starting approach to cross-functional work across engineering, supply chain, and procurement to bring data together.
• Strong Excel fluency plus resourcefulness with AI-enabled tools to build solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the provisioning and logistics data baseline and maintain authoritative dataset (CAGE codes, part numbers, BOMs, MTBF and failure-rate data, unit prices).
• Build and run the operating model to keep the dataset current, reconciled, and version-controlled.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, procurement to gather data and sustain collaboration across the program.
• Co-author provisioning-based CDRLs and supporting analyses with rationale for customer delivery.
• Support the Integrated Product Support team with data-driven decisions across spares, tooling, and tech documentation.
• Set the tooling standard with AI-enabled tools and government logistics tools as required.
