Job summary

North Carolina Community Health Center Association seeks an experienced APP to serve as Provider Trainer / Float Provider. The role blends direct patient care with EPIC training and workflow support across Davidson, Davie, and Iredell Counties.

Travel within the service area is a significant requirement. The incumbent will develop onboarding training, maintain training materials, and collaborate with Medical Staff, Quality, HIM, and operations to ensure compliant documentation and system use.

Qualifications

• 2+ years pediatric and adult care experience as an APP required.
• Experience serving underserved populations preferred.
• Active NC NP/PA license and BLS/CPR.
• Prior computer and EHR experience (EPIC preferred).
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a float provider across multiple counties.
• Deliver EPIC training and workflow support to clinical providers.
• Develop and maintain provider onboarding training materials and procedures.
