Duke Health's Department of Neuro Ophthalmology in Durham is seeking a Provider Support Assistant to perform administrative responsibilities in support of one or more physician(s) and/or advanced provider(s).
You will schedule and reschedule patients, manage referrals, answer calls, process paperwork (FMLA, school/work notes, insurance), and help keep the clinic on track with timely communications. This role supports a coordinated ophthalmology team in a fast-paced specialty setting.

We are seeking a Provider Support Assistant to perform administrative responsibilities in support of one or more physician(s) and/or advanced provider(s).
The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
