Job summary

Annie Aesthetic seeks a Director of Provider Success to elevate providers across our platform. You will ramp new providers, enhance clinical and consultative capabilities, and drive performance KPIs. This role reports to the COO and requires travel to clinic locations.

The ideal candidate has a clinical background with strong coaching, training design, and cross-location leadership experience, and travels roughly 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Coaching providers to improve clinical and consultative skills.
• Translate provider data into actionable development plans.
• Demonstrate strong operation and people leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review provider KPIs and data to identify coaching opportunities.
• Build personalized development plans based on experience and performance.
• Coach providers across all Annie Aesthetic locations.
• Design and manage scalable provider education across the platform.
• Ensure trainings are practical, tied to business goals, and measured.
• Foster a connected provider community across locations and brands.
• Identify high-performing providers and share best practices.
• Support provider engagement, retention and career development.
• Build and own a structured new provider ramping pathway and partner on recruiting.
