Job summary

Altivera Medical is seeking a Clinical Documentation & Provider Success Specialist to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant clinical documentation across the patient care and reimbursement lifecycle. You will partner with providers, clinical staff, internal operations, and field sales to meet payer requirements and support timely reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or coursework in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Four (4)+ years of progressive experience supporting healthcare documentation, provider services, revenue cycle operations, medical office operations, billing, coding, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and payer documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation for completeness, accuracy, and payer compliance.
• Identify missing or inconsistent documentation that may impact reimbursement or patient care.
• Communicate documentation deficiencies and required corrections to providers and staff.
• Build collaborative relationships that improve documentation quality while maintaining a positive customer experience.
