Your role in our mission

• Assists the business process outsourcing development teams in gathering and summarizing data to assist in client evaluation.
• Provides analysis and documentation of client requirements to provide appropriate data to outsourcing project development and implementation teams for client(s).
• Prepares work plans, documents project scope and reviews with client to ensure accuracy. Monitors project schedules to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Monitors processes and resolves participant issues; escalates as appropriate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five (5) years of equivalent experience in a related field such as healthcare, provider relations, or claims management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Effective in presenting and facilitating training or informational sessions
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage field visits, reporting, and provider support
• As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a short presentation on a topic of their choice to demonstrate communication and presentation skills.

What you should expect in this role

• This is a hybridposition in Tucker, GA
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Assessment Requirement:Candidates will be required to complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing to the next stage of the selection process.
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is$45,000.00-$64,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
