Job summary

Gainwell Technologies in Roseville, CA, seeks a Screening Coordinator to support the business process services team, delivering outsourced processes with focus on quality and efficiency. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site days.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service, preferably in outsourcing, plus experience with business solutions software. You will develop client knowledge, produce standard reports, and ensure adherence to SLAs.

• Contributes to problem identification and resolution. Audits and reconciles reports for accuracy or completeness.
• Prepares and maintains standard reports for management and clients; handles confidential data per policy.

Summary

Supports the business process services team in delivering efficient and effective outsourced processes and services within a specific industry and functional area to meet objectives and quality standards for clients. Demonstrates business knowledge and skills developed through formal job-related training or work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Identifies issues and all contributing factors in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.

Your role in our mission

What you should expect in this role

• Hybrid, 2 days per week in Roseville.Work on-site 2days per week and maintain attendance that adheres to the Gainwell policy

The pay range for this position is$32,600.00-$46,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
