Job summary

MTI America is seeking a Provider Operations Coordinator to work remotely in the United States. The role focuses on onboarding providers, credentialing, data management, and ongoing relationship support across product lines.

You will enter provider data, assist with claims issues, and ensure timely credentialing before network entry. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1 year of credentialing-related experience, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare credentialing, provider grievance management, or workers’ compensation claims experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Associate's degree in healthcare, Business, or related field
• Certification in Credentialing (CPCS or similar)
• Experience in provider data management or healthcare operations

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage provider data for profile creation and maintenance
• Assist with claims issues, document discussions, and route concerns to the appropriate party for resolution
• Build and foster positive provider relationships through clear communication and responsive support
• Credential new providers in accordance with MTI and industry standards prior to network entry
• Recredential existing providers within industry timelines and standards
• Conducts timely Provider Data Management (PDM) activities ensuring effective utilization of provider services, contracted rates and other terms.
• Facilitate provider improvement through coaching and performance support initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless provider support and process efficiency
