Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in provider relations, clinical integration, or healthcare operations.
• Clinical licensures applicable.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong provider relationships through regular visits, active listening, and trust-building; establish a consistent cadence and agenda for transparent communication.
• Collect and categorize feedback, elevate key issues, and collaborate on solutions to improve the CIN.
• Support onboarding and retention by streamlining the provider experience from recruitment through 90 days of onboarding.
• Develop and support provider education initiatives; keep training materials up to date.
• Coordinate with content owners for service line-specific content management.
• Maintain working knowledge of contract terms, clinical programs, and service offerings to help providers navigate the network.
• Collaborate with Quality, RAF, and QPS teams to deliver value-driven education at the practice level.
• Strengthen connections between primary care and specialty service lines to improve referral processes.
• Track utilization trends and network engagement to identify opportunities to enhance value and control costs.
• Maintain accurate records including meeting notes and action plans; generate data-driven reports for CIN leadership.
• Cultivate community relationships and engage providers interested in joining the network.
