Job summary

Dominion National is seeking a Provider Development Manager to recruit dentists and maintain the network to meet business goals. The role requires extensive travel, strong sales and negotiation skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in recruiting or sales, knowledge of Salesforce, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred with a valid driver’s license. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented position within a growing dental benefits provider.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting/sales experience.
• Travel up to 50% with potential overnight stays.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit dentists and retain within the network to meet goals.
• Conduct follow-up calls and visits to dental offices in territory.
• Monitor network participation and develop improvement strategies.
• Negotiate fee schedules with dental practices as needed.
• Represent the company at community events and conferences.
• Collaborate with the network development manager on strategy.
