Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated recruiter to build and manage a network of dental providers for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare clients and members. This remote role supports access and affordability while expanding contracted networks and profitability.

You will travel up to 20% for recruiting projects and collaborate with internal teams to align networks with client needs. A high school diploma is required; 5–8 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or related healthcare environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.
• Must be able to travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects.
