Responsibilities

The Provider Recruitment Assistant will partner with Provider Recruiters and Hiring Leaders to support the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes. SmartSheet reporting experience is strongly preferred. Please note this is Full Time, hourly position. Hours will vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Coordinate on-site candidate interviews including scheduling travel arrangements, developing agendas, liaising with the market, creating candidate profile sheets, and processing expense reports. Collaborate with market executives and their assistants for interview preparation.
  • Perform support duties relative to Provider recruitment, including composing correspondence, tracking employment and recruitment agreements, and coordinating resources.
  • Establish relationships with preferred hotels, restaurants, and local-area attractions to ensure a great candidate experience for site visits. Arrange housing tours and visit experiences.
  • Provide a personalized experience that is an extension of the high-touch Provider recruitment process.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3+ years experience in a similar role, ie: Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator or Logistics Personnel
  • Reporting experience using SmartSheet strongly preferred
  • Well versed with making travel arrangements
  • Executive presence with outstanding communication skills plus a high attention to detail
  • Experience with Google Suite products, including GMail, calendaring, Sheets & Docs
