Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of provider relations, community outreach, consulting, health care, or quality improvement.
• Proficient with MS Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excel proficiency including pivot tables and v-lookup.
• Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Developing provider partnerships to increase quality scores based on state specific quality measures.
• Provider education including analysis and review of outcomes, monitoring, measuring, and reporting on key metrics.
• Analyze provider reports to identify opportunities for preventative care services for members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for provider incentive programs.
• Escalate provider concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with external partners in community or government settings.
• Support Quality Performance Improvement Projects and data collection from providers.
• Educate providers and offices on documentation, coding and billing practices.
