Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years with large databases, data verification, data management; 2+ years IT experience.
• Healthcare analytics experience preferred; SQL proficiency; Python and R preferred.
• PowerBI or modern BI tools knowledge; data modeling and trend analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources (claims, provider, member, encounters).
• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot scripts and reports using SQL, Excel, or analytics tools.
• Plan and execute large-scale projects with limited leadership direction.
• Design, test, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Present data-driven findings to leadership and stakeholders.
