What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Supervise and provide oversight to a team of Provider Account Specialists for Physical Health Providers
• Assist in the development and enhancement of the provider network through engagement with providers
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to Provider Account Specialists and Physical Health providers
• Facilitate relationships and resolve issues between providers and the employer
• Collaborate with various organizational levels to assist with problem resolution and support provider relations
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in mental health, public health, social work, psychology, education, sociology, business, or public administration
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in health-related fields, social work, or education
• At least three (3) years of supervisory, consultative, or administrative experience
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies governing healthcare programs
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master’s Degree with two (2) years of experience in a clinical environment
• Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP) management experience
• Experience in network operations or provider relations in a healthcare setting
