PacMed Clinics is seeking a Provider Network Operations Senior Manager to lead recruitment, contracting, onboarding and ongoing provider relations and credentialing for the USFHP network across multiple states.

You will oversee liaison activities with regional medical groups and ministry partners, develop tracking systems, analyze data, and prepare leadership reports to inform staffing projections and timelines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 6 years high-level admin/program coordination experience, healthcare preferred.
• 4 years leadership experience.
• 2 years direct supervisory experience.
• Track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Experience working with senior administrators and handling confidential information.
• Sophisticated project management experience.
• Strong prioritization and organization of multiple requests.
