Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the Managed Care / Network Management Department in California. The role handles all aspects of contracting for primary care physicians, specialists, and vendors across multiple programs.

The position requires a four-year college degree in health care or related experience, with strong knowledge of managed care and contracting principles.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in health care or equivalent is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of managed care, provider network management, or contracting principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process ALL new contracts, provider additions, updates/changes, and terminations for IPA, Clinic, PACE, DVL-HIV, Independent, and MSSP.
• Handle requests from the Provider Line and Provider Support email queue.
• Coordinate with credentialing, marketing, business development, provider data management, and clinic administration.
