Compensation & Benefits

Estimated salary range: $79,430 - $97,080/year, with a 5% bonus target and full benefits.

Job Summary

The Provider Network Communications Specialist leads the provider communication strategy, ensuring standardized, compliant, and effective communication across channels, aligning with organizational mission and values.

Essential Responsibilities
Operations
  • Develop and execute provider network communications strategies and content across various channels.
  • Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and manage high-risk and crisis communications.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery of communication deliverables.
  • Maintain communication policies, procedures, and content calendars.
  • Collaborate with teams to update and maintain provider support materials.
  • Manage internal and external communication efforts, including content creation, review, and distribution.
Analysis and Evaluation
  • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness using analytics tools.
  • Gather feedback and implement process improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate innovative strategies.
Organizational Responsibilities
  • Align work with organizational mission and values.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Meet strategic and operational goals.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing or communications experience, including 2 years in healthcare, with diverse media formats.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Medicaid or Medicare healthcare communications.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools for feedback and engagement analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong understanding of healthcare communications, digital content, provider relations, and compliance regulations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential.

Working Conditions
