Job summary

Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority (SCCMHA) seeks an experienced Supervisor of Provider Network Auditing to lead the provider network auditing program. You will guide audit tool development, ensure proper documentation, and report outcomes to SCCMHA management.

Responsibilities include supervising the annual audit plan, coordinating with Contract, Training, Recipient Rights, and Finance teams, and ensuring compliance with HCBS rules. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or closely related Human Services field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, business or related financial or program field; audit or data analysis experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health care administration and familiarity with financial auditing is desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the provider network audit function and annual provider monitoring against standards.
• Oversees the annual audit plan and responds to ad hoc audit needs.
• Hires, trains and supervises department staff; coordinates with other departments.
• Develops and updates audit tools, procedures and documentation.
• Produces routine audit reports and contributes to quality improvement efforts.
