Job summary

Lowe’s in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Provider Experience Group intern for a 10-week summer program. Based at our headquarters, you’ll support initiatives that strengthen Independent Service Provider performance, customer experience, and operational processes.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners on real projects, develop data-analysis and problem-solving skills, and gain exposure to sourcing, procurement, and performance management within the Home Services business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, procurement, operations, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Interest in sourcing, procurement, operations, services, or related business functions.
• Ability to analyze information and communicate findings clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work through process-based business challenges and identify practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze provider management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support initiatives focused on customer experience and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop practical solutions.
• Assist with developing recommendations, presentations, and process documentation.
• Gain exposure to sourcing, procurement, operations, and performance management within Home Services.
