Job summary

Broadway Ventures is seeking a provider enrollment specialist to support the enrollment process by reviewing, researching, analyzing, and processing provider applications. The role ensures file accuracy and compliance with standards and guidelines.

The position requires high school graduation (associate/bachelor's preferred) and prior provider enrollment experience with Medicare. Remote work within the USA is offered with comprehensive benefits and a focus on accurate data handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• Previous Medicare provider enrollment experience required or highly preferred.
• Proficiency with word processing and basic math is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate provider enrollment applications (initial, re-enrollment, reactivation, updates).
• Verify provider data via internal databases and external agencies; set up EFT accounts.
• Enter and update provider information in enrollment databases and directories.
• Communicate with providers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide enrollment materials and guidance to potential enrollees.
• Assist with special projects, process improvements, and system testing.
• Participate in growth and development opportunities within the role.

Job Summary

Support the enrollment process by reviewing, researching, analyzing, and processing provider applications. This role ensures provider file accuracy and compliance with established standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate medical provider enrollment applications (initial, re-enrollment, reactivation, or updates)

Minimum Qualifications

Work Experience

• Previous provider enrollment experience for Medicare

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
