Job summary

Palmetto GBA, a BlueCross BlueShield subsidiary, seeks an Analyst in Provider Enrollment for Columbia, SC. The role is on-site, 40 hours/week, standard business hours with possible overtime. Travel between buildings may be required, located at 17 Technology Circle, Columbia, SC 29203.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years job-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify provider enrollment applications for acceptability.
• Enter/update provider data into enrollment system and track processing.
• Provide quality service and respond to inquiries from internal/external customers.
• Obtain information from internal departments and external agencies to resolve discrepancies.
• Support provider enrollment processes and education initiatives.
