Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree equivalency or 4 years related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify provider enrollment applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Research data from databases and agencies to ensure authenticity.
• Enter and update provider information in enrollment systems.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
• Support enrollment testing and process improvements.
• Assist with provider education and training activities.
