Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of experience in provider enrollment are required; with an Associate's degree, nine (9) years; with a High School diploma, thirteen (13) years.
• No licensure or certification required.

• Designs and maintains workflow to enroll new hires and groups in the appropriate designation.
• Oversees credentialing processes and staff performance to adhere to guidelines and standards.
• Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, accrediting, and procedural requirements related to provider enrollment.
• Sets and pursues performance-driven goals, analyzes problems, and drives continuous improvement in enrollment services.
• Leads and develops the enrollment team, budget planning, and resource allocation to meet organizational priorities.
