Job summary

Responsibilities include managing enrollment submissions, maintaining provider records, and ensuring compliance with payer guidelines. CAQH experience is preferred, with a wage of $19–$21 per hour and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of provider enrollment, credentialing, healthcare administration, or related experience preferred.
• CAQH Experience required.
• Experience working with commercial insurance carriers and government payers.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and monitor provider enrollment applications with various insurance carriers and government payers.
• Maintain accurate provider demographic and credentialing information within internal systems and databases.
• Track enrollment statuses and follow up with payers to ensure timely processing and approvals.
• Update provider records and ensure information remains compliant with payer guidelines.
