Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a Health Care Plan Credentialing/Provider Relations or auditing setting.
• Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) and/or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate credentialing and payer enrollment processes.
• Maintain up-to-date physician database.
• Conduct credentialing database training for new hires.

Skills

Proficient with CACTUS Software

Intermediate Microsoft programs skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

Knowledge of NCQA standards

Knowledge of Joint Commission standards

Knowledge of physician credentialing concepts

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Bachelor's degree preferred
