Job summary

Petaluma Health Center in Southern Sonoma County seeks an Enrollment Specialist to maintain provider and facility enrollments, manage payer communications, and support credentialing. You will coordinate applications, revalidations, changes, and terminations, ensuring accurate records and timely completion with payers and providers.

You will collaborate with Human Resources, Revenue Cycle, Finance, and the credentialing team to keep enrollment data current in payer portals and Epic.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of provider enrollment, payer enrollment processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track provider and facility enrollment applications.
• Coordinate enrollments, revalidations, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain enrollment records and supporting documentation.
• Monitor status and follow up with payers until completion.
• Collaborate with HR, Revenue Cycle, Finance, and payers.
