What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the insurance carrier enrollment and re-enrollment process for clinical staff and ancillary providers
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of enrollment applications and maintain provider information in the Medical Staff Office system and CAQH
- Submit enrollment paperwork and track the status of carrier enrollments
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve enrollment-related issues
- Serve as a resource for providers and staff regarding the enrollment process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in provider enrollment and/or credentialing in a healthcare setting
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of managed care or provider credentialing preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPCS certification is a plus
- Knowledge of billing processes
- Experience with provider enrollment systems
